Customer Service:



Our goal is to offer the best customer service we possibly can.  We recognize that you are our most prized asset, our priority. We will do everything in our power to make and keep you happy.  Please always put your license number on any correspondence to us in the subject line.  Always state the nature of your concern and attach any relative documentation including screen shots.  This will help us expedite any concerns you may have.  Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

 

What is a tube?



Tubes are images that have been rendered in layers without the background.  When you purchase tubes from UYA they will be in zipped PSD files.  We will include the original image, and the image without the background. If possible we will supply all elements from the original as well in separate layers. Many times we will also include a bonus close up layer. When viewing your layers please make sure the desired layer is visible by clicking on the layer pallet.  UpYourArt tubes are the largest in the industry at approximately 600 pixels or 21.167cm on the longest side.

 

How do I get an UpYourArt license?



When you make a purchase a license will be issued to you.
Each user is only allowed 1 license; multiple licenses will create conflict in the system.  If you have multible licenses issues please contact us, include all information pertaining to your issue.

 

 

How do I display my license?


 

You may display your license either as UpYourArt0000 or UYA0000, they are both correct.
You must always display your license on all your creations with UpYourArt artists as well as the artist copyright and URL.

License exchanges:



YES we gladly do license exchanges with proof of purchase.  This will be in the form of receipts.  Please send all your documentation and list the tubes in UYA format ie: XX0000 (SKU Number.)

 

Tube Reset:



We are happy to reset your tubes at no charge.  Please email us with all your account credentials.

 

Gift Certificates:



Our system will store your gift certificates.  When checking out please click on the source of payment as Gift Certificate.  When you purchase a Gift Certificate for someone else our new system will walk you through it.

 

Wish List:



When shopping with UpYourArt you may put items in your cart and save all or some for later.  Upon your next visit you are able to put them into your shopping cart or continue to save for later.
